Fodderbeet Type 1 - Grazing type only with dry matter at 13-14% (most out of ground between 60-70%)

Fodderbeet Type 2 - Mainly grazing/ lifting with dry matter of 15-18% (slightly less out of ground 55-65%)

Fodderbeet Type 3 - Lifting only with a dry matter yield of 19-20% ( 50% or less out of ground)

Seed comes in mono or multi germ, mono germ preferred with a more reliable germination.

Yield mainly double what you would expect from a normal brassica crop. (Not recommended for hard soil types).

M.E 15% very high suger content but lacks fiber and protein. Suppliment needed with education on how to intoduce fodderbeet to cows diet as some farmers have had assadosis from grazing incorrectly.

Very late bolting to seed not until october excellent for grazing cows early season milking.

Percision drill highly reccomended (other sowing techniques have not had the same success)
